After reading the last review for Ryan, I didn't hesitate to call, and was not disappointed!  He came out twice, once to check out the tub, and once to replace all the guts.  He did a great job, always showed up within his two hour window, and was right in the middle of his cost estimate.

Nelson, from Discount Spa Co. just finished removing an old spa and putting my new spa that we purchased  in place in our backyard.

From our first phone call through the installation, their communication was great.  This was without a doubt the most professional small business that I've worked with in Seattle.  

In less than 2 hours they removed my old spa, moved the new one from curbside into position and unpacked it.  They were incredibly careful and conscientious.  They took the time to go over all of the things I needed to know about the new spa and make sure all of my quetions were answered.  

It's rare that someone exceeds my expectation, but they truly did!

Found Ryan and EHT on CL in Nov/Dec. Stopped in a couple times and he was easy to deal with and let me and my wife/kids look at every tub while he answered all kinds of questions. After a couple visits we found the tub we wanted and bought it. Great deal on a 4 year old Clearwater tub that looked like new! It was 1/3 the price of a new one.

The delivery was great, even though I gave them inaccurate information about an overhanging beam and the tub had to be stored in my garage for a couple weeks. Nelson came out a second time and completed the delivery for free. After it was installed and running for 3 weeks, I noticed a leak. Ryan came out and did the repair for free...very responsive. Four months later, I had another minor leak around the light assembly. Ryan came out again and diagnosed it for free, provided the part for free and installed it for a single reasonable service charge. The tub was clearly out of their warranty and Ryan provided this repair option without any negotiating from me. You cannot ask for much more than that !

Not too often that you run into this kind of service these days.....Ryan did everything he said he would do and more. I would recommend EHT to anyone.

Nelson just moved our newly delivered spa from the driveway around the back of the house to our patio.  Did a great job!!!  He clearly knows what he's doing and is priced well for the services provided.  I'd hired another company that came out last weekend.  Upon their arrival they said they needed more man power, etc. and they would have to come back after which I googled spa movers and that's how I found Nelson's company.  Very professional and got it moved and in place with 2 men and he also gave me instructions about our new spa which was not expected (since id ordered the spa from Costco) but very helpful, not to mention extremely knowledgeable about the product.  Would not hesitate to hire them again - highly recommend them.

I just bought my first used hot tub from Eastside Hot Tub and have been completely happy with the service and quality I've received so far.  The "showroom" isn't glamorous, but Ryan is very easy to deal with, Nelson delivered the hot tub very quickly and efficiently, everything works perfectly and the price was less than half what I would have paid for a new spa.  Even the electrician they recommended (Forte Electric) charged a very reasonable flat fee for the install.  Compared with the two hot tubs I've purchased new from the dealer in the past, this experience with Eastside Hot Tub was faster, cheaper and so much more pleasant.

I was in a huge hurry. Ryan, from Eastside Hot Tub was great. Just like the other review, he showed up when he said he would. He was prepared with lots of spare parts. In the end he got me up and running within a couple of hours using parts in his van. I will definitely use them again if I need something.
