*Our Shipping and Return Policy is for NEW spas only. We do not allow online used spa purchases*


Our refund policy for online purchase cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours. After 48 hours there is a 25% re-stocking fee, with 75% being returned to the customer upon cancellation. This re-stocking fee is in place due to many of our spas are custom order to the individual customer desires. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


All in-store purchases are subject to a 25% re-stocking effective at the time of purchase. All accessory, chemical and custom cover purchases are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Our spas are shipped within 30 days using the following carriers: Seattle Hot Tub Company delivery department and you will receive a call from Seattle Hot Tub Company 1 week prior to delivery. In most cases backyard delivery is included however, Seattle Hot Tub Company does reserve the right to deliver curbside in the event there are obstacles that require additional manpower or equipment. In this event it will be the buyers responsibility to hire the help necessary to place the spa.
